Privacy Policy

Your email address. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter and the date you signed up.

Basic technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tools, and we do not collect payment information. The site does not currently sell products.

We use your email address to:

• Confirm that you joined the waitlist.
• Tell you when Diggies launches and share news about our products.
• Respond if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Supabase, which stores the waitlist.
• Resend, which sends our emails.
• Cloudflare, which manages our domain name.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from future marketing emails right away. You can also email us at shopdiggies@gmail.com and ask to be removed.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor those requests as well.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of that address only so we do not email you again.

Your information is stored with reputable providers that use encryption in transit, and access to the waitlist is limited to Diggies. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined our waitlist, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let waitlist members know by email.
